The Stinking Rose

Picture
The Stinking Rose - Acrylic on Canvas - 20" X 20"
About The Stinking Rose

The Stinking Rose restaurant has one of the most colorful and interesting "store fronts" in North Beach. So it was a natural draw for me to paint it with it's iconic and colorful signage and charming tile exterior. My paintings often represent "whimsical" and because I love whimsical images the Stinking Rose was a perfect painting subject.

John and I recently stopped by to have lunch - (fabulous lasagne) - and met and presented Jerry Dal Bozzo, owner of the Stinking Rose, with an art print of his restaurant.

The original painting is currently on display at Luna Sea Art Gallery in Pescadero.

The original painting “The Stinking Rose” is an acrylic on canvas that is now on display traveling to four solo art shows that I'm having in 2013-14. However, to inquire about purchasing this painting and others you can contact me directly by completing the contact form below.
